Stratus in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a on-site Project Coordinator for interior branding projects. You will support project management, account management, design, and field partners to keep schedules, documents, and approvals aligned from planning through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination, strong communication, and the ability to read floor plans. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and occasional night/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role
• Experience in signage or interior branding is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to read basic floor plans and project documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable with project tracking and client portal systems
• Willingness to support occasional night or weekend installation activity

Responsibilities

• Coordinate awarded projects with adherence to milestones and budgets
• Gather progress updates from vendors and field partners and communicate site requirements
• Track schedules, milestones, approvals, deliverables, and action items across locations
• Organize preliminary surveys, floor plans, brand books, mockups, and documentation
• Assist with routing artwork and installation details while maintaining records
• Maintain project information in portals and reporting tools, including closeout documentation
• Support clear communication among customers and internal teams with timely updates
• Compile closeout and invoicing information and coordinate with Accounting for billing
