Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a junior Interior Designer to join our design team in a hands-on role. You will assist with AutoCAD and Revit documents, support BIM/CAD standards, and help create graphics, 3D renderings, and client presentation materials.

You will collaborate on finishes and furniture selections, support Space Planning from concept to construction, and coordinate drawings with specifications under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Ability to work with team to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents.
• Support compliance with BIM/CAD project standards and procedures.
• Assist in producing graphics and 3D renderings for presentations.
• Collaborate on finishes, fixtures, and furniture for projects.
• Support design from Space Planning concept through Construction.
• Coordinate specifications with drawings to meet requirements.
• Assist in drafting space planning concepts and program documents.
• Assist Design lead in meetings with consultants and vendors.
• Assist with submittals during construction administration.

Bachelor's or technical degree in Interior Design/Architecture
