Job summary

Crittenton is seeking an Interim Social Work Supervisor to lead the social work department in Charlotte, NC during a temporary period of extended staff absence. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Services and includes supervising a team in residential and related programs.

The position is full-time and exempt, with a temporary duration of about six months and a typical pay of $2,400 biweekly. Qualifications include a MSW and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Experience supervising staff in residential/mental health settings.
• Clean driving record and valid license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise social work team including case assignment and performance reviews.
• Lead weekly Treatment Team meetings and contribute to treatment plans.
• Coordinate and supervise interns in field placement.
• Provide trauma-informed individual, group, and family counseling.
• Maintain documentation: assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries.
• Ensure quality assurance and participate in PQI activities.
• Lead social work services across residential programs.
