Job summary

Florence Crittenton Services Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Interim Social Work Supervisor to lead the social work team during a temporary staffing gap. The role requires a Master of Social Work and proven experience in supervision, trauma-informed care, and program leadership.

The interim assignment is anticipated to last about six months with a possibility of extension. It includes oversight of case assignments, treatment planning, staff coaching, on-call coverage, and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work from an accredited program.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience in social work settings.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise social work team including case assignment, performance objectives, reviews.
• Lead trauma-informed treatment planning with input from residents and staff.
• Coordinate interns and field placements in residential programs.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call clinical support as needed.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and discharge summaries.
