Allies4Outcomes in North Carolina seeks interim leaders to partner with counties and our consultant team to provide oversight of child welfare and adult and aging services. Roles include supervisory, program manager, or program administrator with two‑level decision making and quality assurance.

Candidates should have 7+ years in NC supervisory/management, strong NC policy knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel across the state.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years supervisory or management experience in NC Child Protective Services or Adult & Aging Services.
• Strong knowledge of NC laws, policies, systems, and practice standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coach staff.
• Willingness to travel across NC and work flexible hours.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership, oversight, and consultation to county social services staff.
• Support two‑level decision‑making, case consultation, and quality assurance.
• Provide guidance on North Carolina law, policy, and best practices.
• Assist with management of casework, program operations, staffing, and workloads.
• Identify backlogs and operational barriers; implement solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff development and performance.
• Collaborate with county leadership and A4O team to ensure continuity of services.
• Review work processes to promote quality, timeliness, and accountability.
• Assist counties with staffing transitions and service delivery.
• Work with A4O team to develop solutions and drive change as needed.
