Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Apple Valley seeks an Adult Residential Administrator to assure licensing compliance and supervise staff while safeguarding residents’ health and safety. You will coordinate communications with conservators and agencies and oversee care quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), ARF certification, RBT, CPR/FA, CPI, and supervisory experience in DD settings. On‑site leadership and 24/7 on‑call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent training.
• REQUIRED: Registered Behavioral Technician, ARF Certification, DSP I/II.
• CPR/FA and CPI certifications.
• Experience supervising staff in developmental disabilities settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance per licensing and Regional Centers.
• Ensure health, safety and well‑being of residents; communicate with conservators/representatives.
• Manage staffing and labor hours; schedule and supervise staff; train and mentor DSPs.
• Oversee daily operations: client notes, medication audits, finances, files, and evaluations.
• Attend mandated trainings and ensure quality care assurance.
• Respond to emergencies as first responder and provide on‑call coverage.
• Schedule medical appointments and follow up on doctor recommendations.
• Perform other duties as required.
