You will guide accreditation efforts, strategic planning, and partnerships with campus leadership to strengthen student success and scholarly impact.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree and tenure-ready record.
• Proven senior university leadership experience at the dean level or higher.
• Experience directing integrated academic and financial planning and accreditation.
• Ability to lead faculty and academic personnel processes within shared governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief academic officer and advance teaching, learning, research, creative work, and service.
• Lead development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and curricula.
• Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Align academic priorities with institutional strategy and resource planning.
• Foster collaboration across colleges, faculty, and student services.
