• Lead university-wide strategy for teaching excellence and pedagogical innovation.
• Advance faculty practices that strengthen student learning and belonging.
• Develop a leadership pipeline and mentor department chairs and other academic leaders.
• Foster equitable and transparent faculty compensation, workload, and retention policies.
