Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of full-time, recent administrative and supervisory experience in higher education.
• Three years of successful teaching experience in a community/junior college or four-year higher education institution.
• Demonstrated faculty and staff leadership ability in the higher education sector.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate executive deans and program directors.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of instructional services personnel.
• Establish faculty workload criteria and support faculty development initiatives.
• Practice and strengthen shared governance with Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, Instructor leadership, and Student Government.
• Direct the comprehensive program of instructional services with assessment and curriculum improvement.
• Oversee accreditation and quality assurance processes with external partners.
• Coordinate representation with state and system bodies and promote cross-institution collaboration.
• Develop and administer the Instructional services budget and related procedures.
