Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for faculty affairs and academic personnel strategy across the faculty lifecycle.
• Lead university-wide strategy for faculty development and teaching excellence, including use of emerging technologies.
• Advise the Provost, deans, and academic leaders on complex faculty personnel matters and governance issues.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, appointment, onboarding, evaluation, promotion and tenure processes.
