Job summary

The Siegel Group seeks a Task Force Property Manager to provide temporary on-site leadership and operational support for properties in transition. You will stabilize operations, oversee leasing, resident relations, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with company standards.

This role requires 3–5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across properties within the region. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computers and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Act as acting Property Manager at assigned communities on a temporary basis.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, operations, and vendor management.
• Provide leadership and training to on-site staff.
• Ensure budget compliance and financial record accuracy.
• Drive sales and occupancy through marketing initiatives.
