This full-time role guides staff, families and districts to ensure strong student outcomes. Responsibilities include staffing, budget oversight, program development and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in education or related field and valid administrative endorsement.
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage school programs.

• Provide leadership, management and supervision to promote learning and a safe, learner-centered environment.
• Direct student recruitment efforts and maintain relationships with districts and agencies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive special education services for students with diverse needs.
