Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of research administration experience.
• Hands-on pre‑award experience at a university or research institution.
• Working knowledge of the Uniform Guidance and federal sponsor rules (e.g., NSF PAPPG, NIH).
• Experience with electronic submission systems (Grants.gov, Research.gov, and/or eRA Commons).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with faculty.

Responsabilidades

• Track proposal deadlines and route proposals through RED on time.
• Review sponsor solicitations and advise faculty on their requirements.
• Assemble proposal packages: biosketches, current and pending support, data management plans, letters of support or commitment, and sponsor forms.
• Build proposal budgets and budget justifications with faculty.
• Prepare and submit the non-technical parts of proposals through PD/RED, Grants.gov, Research.gov, and other sponsor portals.
• Answer faculty questions promptly.
• Maintain proposal records and provide weekly status updates to the Associate Dean of Research Administration.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight and support to the Post‑Award Manager as needed with account setup, effort reporting, and closeout.
