Job summary

CMA Communities in Atlanta is seeking a Provisional/Interim Manager for Portfolio & Onsite to provide temporary leadership for Association Managers, ensuring continuity during planned or unplanned absences. You will oversee daily operations and maintain high-level service for assigned communities.

The role requires a BA degree, 10+ years in relevant work with 5+ in property management, GA CAM license, and strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of relevant experience, with at least five in property management.
• A minimum of two years at the company level is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage community associations, budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Vantaca, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary management coverage for assigned communities during absences.
• Evaluate operating conditions and report findings with recommended adjustments.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, amendments, and annual meeting coordination.
• Foster client relations with homeowners, residents, and vendors.
• Prepare weekly progress and financial reports for boards and managers.
• Collaborate on new business strategies and retention initiatives.
• Assist onboarding of new Association Managers with updates on projects and policies.
• Conduct property inspections and manage vendor performance.
• Review community financials and approve invoices per the budget.
• Maintain documentation of tasks, violations, and communications.
