Job summary

CM is seeking a Provisional/Interim Manager for Portfolio & Onsite in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role provides temporary management coverage for Association Managers within the Associations Management Divisions, stepping in during planned or unplanned absences to maintain continuity and service quality.

The Interim Manager will oversee budgets, capital projects, vendor relationships, and Annual Meeting coordination, while supporting onboarding of new managers and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 10 years in property management with 5+ years in community associations.
• GA CAM license is required.
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary management coverage for assigned communities.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, amendments, and annual meeting coordination.
• Foster relationships with homeowners, residents, and vendors; address service requests promptly.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Board and Division Managers; maintain clear updates.
• Partner with Division Managers on new business strategies and retention initiatives.
