HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as Interim Manager of Pharmacy Accounting for a 500+ bed hospital in Illinois. You will provide strategic financial oversight for a multi-channel pharmacy enterprise, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and robust financial reporting across diverse operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business, 5–7 years of healthcare leadership, and CPA or MBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of management experience in healthcare or consulting.
• CPA or MBA required.
• Strong GAAP and healthcare statutory accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial oversight for multi-channel pharmacy operations.
• Ensure integrity and compliance of financial activities across retail, hospital, infusion services.
• Lead general ledger, financial statements, audits, and monthly close per GAAP and statutory rules.
