Job summary

Insight Hospital and Medical Center Chicago seeks a 340B Pharmacist Manager to oversee operational, clinical, and compliance aspects of the 340B program across IHMC Chicago and affiliated entities. You will ensure program integrity, optimize savings, and align with pharmacy strategy.

You will partner with pharmacy, finance, and IT leadership, manage audits, and drive standardization across the health system. Hybrid work arrangements may apply with travel.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited college.
• Active pharmacist license in at least one state (IL/MI preferred).
• 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy with 340B program management.
• Strong HRSA 340B knowledge, audits, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 340B operations across entities.
• Ensure HRSA 340B compliance and policy adherence.
• Analyze utilization, savings, and performance reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams and program reviews.
