UnitedMasters Inc. is seeking a Temporary People Business Partner to join Translation.

You will be the day-to-day advisor to agency leadership while the current PBP is on leave, owning performance reviews and talent decisions, and guiding difficult conversations with confidence. You'll onboard new agency leaders, partner on talent planning, compensation considerations, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Operations, ensuring compliant people programs and a clear movement of

Qualifications

5+ years as an HR or People Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
Experience across multiple business functions with first line and senior leadership.
Proven ability to handle employee relations matters across the spectrum, including performance plans and exits.
Confidence leading hard conversations with managers, employees and executives.
Ability to ramp quickly, work from existing plans, and make sound calls with limited history.
Strong judgment, discretion and written communication.

Responsibilities

Senior leader partnership: be the day-to-day people advisor to the agency leadership team and departments.
Employee relations: coach conversations, performance plans and exits, guide managers through difficult messages.
Talent and planning: spot talent, plan full-time, temp and freelance needs with Operations and Finance.
Core people programs: help lead Q1 performance cycle, advise on ratings and compensation decisions.
Continuity: keep a weekly update log and collaborate with People Operations on changes.
