Job summary

UnitedMasters, Inc. is seeking a Temporary People Business Partner to join Translation and act as the day-to-day people advisor to our agency leadership during the current leave.

You will participate in leadership decisions, shape talent and organizational questions, and own the live performance review cycle from calibration to delivery. You start in January with onboarding and transition to full ownership before the leave begins in February, keeping a weekly update log to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HR or People Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
• Experience across multiple business functions with frontline and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations matters, including performance plans and exits.
• Confidence leading hard conversations with managers, employees and executives.
• Ability to ramp quickly and make sound calls with limited history.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day people advisor to agency leadership and departments.
• Drive progress on senior leadership OKRs and people priorities with cross-functional partners.
• Manage employee relations, coaching conversations, and difficult messages when needed.
• Lead onboarding for incoming agency leadership hires and support org design and workforce planning.
• Support compensation decisions and the annual engagement survey planning.
