Interim (Parental leave cover) Office Manager

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual eager to ensure a seamless office environment? ICANIWILL is looking for a dedicated interim Office Manager to keep our workspace running efficiently while our current Office Manager is on parental leave until August 2025. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and play a key part in maintaining a perfect office atmosphere for employees and visitors.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the office is in excellent condition at all times, including meeting rooms, common areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
  • Greet visitors, including customers, partners, and suppliers, with professionalism and warmth.
  • Ensure office supplies are always fully stocked and available.
  • Coordinate and book business travel arrangements for all employees.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance, cleaning services, and equipment repairs.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, such as team meetings, workshops, and company celebrations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support the leadership team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Super organized, with a passion for keeping spaces clean and orderly.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative when something is out of place.
  • A problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges head-on.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in office management or a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
