Seeking a data-driven digital marketer with a strong focus on performance and ROI. We’re looking for a confident and capable marketing professional to step into a 12-month maternity leave cover role, driving direct-response digital campaigns across the UK and Europe for a global healthcare brand
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluat digital marketing campaigns and activities based on overarching marketing strategies (focus is the Europe and UK market) with an emphasis on return on investment
- Analysis and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to enhance performance and make data-led decisions, while considering specific requirements and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Provide consultation, creative support, and effective collaboration on multimedia campaigns with a view to driving return on marketing investment
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing activites including implementation, ongoing optimization, monitoring, and reporting based on measurable objectives.
- Cooperate and coordinate with relevant marketing and cross-functional teams including agencies and platform partners
- Data-driven control and execution of global activities within budget and timeline constraints
- Coordination with experts in different areas
- Identification of new trends and current developments and apply theseto address the needs of target audiences
- Sharing global best practices with consumer marketing teams and integrating innovative solutions into the marketing strategy
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, industry regulations and internal data privacy policies in all digital marketing activities
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing education)
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience (Digital Marketing or related field)
- E-commerce experience and a strong understanding of the channel as a sales driver are considered a significant advantage
- Understanding of health care industry regulations as it relates to advertising and Marketing favoured
- Product knowledge desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and in Google suite including Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
- Minimum requirement of a European language and English to a conversational level
- Experience with Affiliate marketing sort but not essential
- Experience working in a Global team structure preferred but not essential
