Qualifications

10+ years' experience within manufacturing and operations environments.
Experience leading operational improvement programmes in regulated manufacturing settings.
Experience establishing performance management systems, governance structures and operational rhythms.
Ability to influence and work effectively with plant leadership teams.
Proven track record driving measurable operational results.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a robust operating cadence across site functions.
Drive execution of an existing operational improvement roadmap.
Coordinate activities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Site Leadership teams.
Facilitate regular performance review meetings and action tracking.
Develop and manage programme dashboards, KPIs and progress reporting.
