The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing finance, CPA preferred, and hands-on experience with ERP systems; you will manage month-end close, budgeting, audits, and cross-functional partnering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Controller or Assistant Controller experience required.
• Extensive manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and packages.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and working capital reporting.
• Supervise accounting staff including AP, AR, payroll.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve financial visibility.
• Oversee inventory accounting, fixed assets, and costing.
• Coordinate external audits and internal controls improvements.
• Assist ERP optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and policies.
