Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide temporary leadership at a skilled nursing facility during a leadership transition. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain resident safety and quality of care.

The role requires an active LNHA license, a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, and at least two years of long-term care leadership.

Qualifications

• LNHA licensure must be current and unrestricted.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong English communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Active membership in a Christian church and willingness to provide spiritual leadership.
• Ability to travel to the facility location for the transition period.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and daily management to ensure stability.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and HIPAA.
• Lead infection prevention and control activities.
• Direct QAPI program direction and monthly committee meetings.
• Supervise department heads, recruitment, training, and evaluations.
• Engage residents, families, and external professionals to support care and community relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
