Job summary

EquiTalent is partnering with a well-known consumer brand to recruit an in-house counsel to serve as the go-to legal adviser for the business across the US and Europe. The role is a 6-month contract paying an hourly rate, based in Atlanta with potential cross-border collaboration.

You will handle US commercial matters, review contracts, manage litigation and IP/trademark issues, and support junior team members. Immediate or early start preferred.

Qualifications

• US-qualified attorney with post-qualification experience
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience managing litigation and coordinating with external counsel
• Experience advising on IP/trademark matters and marketing compliance

What we're looking for

• US-qualified attorney with around 3-5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in-house

• Clear, concise communication style
• Available immediately or at short notice; interim or contract experience is welcome
