Bridgeline Solutions is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to provide advisory support on product development and to lead negotiations of commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners. You will help shape products within legal bounds and streamline templates and processes.

The role emphasizes product advisory and commercial transactions with a strong drafting ability and experience explaining terms to non-lawyers.

Formación

• J.D. and active admission to a US state bar.
• Several years of product advisory and commercial transactions experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Clear, concise drafting, and the ability to explain contract terms to non-lawyers.

Responsabilidades

• Advise product teams on legal issues raised by new products and features.

Our client, a publicly traded technology company, is adding an experienced attorney to its in-house legal team. The role is advisory first. You'll work with product teams early, while decisions are still open, to shape what gets built within legal bounds. The rest of your time goes to negotiating commercial agreements with third parties.

Compensation
