Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, business apps, and helpdesk via internal staff and MSPs.
• Coordinate with statewide shared-services providers and IT Operations Manager.
• Participate in Information Security Team, including incident response and remediation.
• Manage vendor performance, procurement, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Lead and develop IT staff as a working manager.
