Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or equivalent.
• Active Florida RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years infusion nursing experience with supervisory/management exposure.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or oncology infusion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of an ambulatory infusion center, including staffing, scheduling, and patient throughput.
• Supervise infusion nurses and support staff and maintain coverage throughout the engagement.
• Oversee chair utilization and scheduling to align capacity with referral volume.
• Ensure safe medication administration practices and reaction protocols.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and benefits verification to support timely treatment.
• Monitor infusion reactions, adverse events, and safety reports.
• Maintain competency documentation and required certifications.
• Report operational and quality metrics to leadership.
• Prepare transition plans for the incoming permanent nurse manager.
