Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years in home health/home infusion or related organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review clinical paperwork to ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers on all aspects of patient care.
• Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performance appraisals.
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and staffing needs.
• Assist in development and evaluation of agency goals.
