Responsibilities

• Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performance appraisals.
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and staffing needs.
• Assist in development and evaluation of agency goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete and review clinical paperwork to ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients.
• Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs.
• Assist in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance.

As a Nurse Manager, you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization.
