Job summary

Prosper Infusion in Florida seeks a Nursing Manager to oversee nursing operations, maintain quality care, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role supports both patients and nursing teams, primarily operating out of our Tampa or Sarasota office.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida RN license and experience in infusion care. Key responsibilities include educating patients on therapies, preparing nursing documentation, and managing clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Florida.
• 2 years with infusion care preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educating and informing patients about IV and SC therapies.
• Preparing clinical and progress notes.
• Consulting with pharmacists and the Medical Director as needed.
