Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee chair utilization and scheduling to align capacity with referral volume.
• Ensure safe medication administration practices and reaction protocols.

• Monitor infusion reactions, adverse events, and safety reports.
• Maintain competency documentation and required certifications.
• Report operational and quality metrics to leadership.

This position is a full-time, six month contract engagement based in Tampa, FL. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, patient safety, and quality standards while supporting a seamless transition to the permanent nurse manager.This role is well aligned for an experienced infusion nurse leader who brings steady, confident leadership to teams during periods of change.
