Job summary

Stord is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner across the corporate organization, with a focus on R&D, Product, and Engineering teams. You will be a strategic advisor, conduct employee relations investigations, and drive talent processes in Workday.

You will split time between strategic partnership and hands-on execution, supporting a distributed workforce and collaborating with offshore teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Experience as an HRBP at a technology company supporting R&D, Product, or Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to leaders up to VP level and partner with them on org design and workforce planning.
• Own employee relations, coach managers, and conduct investigations with sound judgment.
