RegalCare at Courtyard in Medford, MA is seeking an Interim Human Resources and Payroll Director to lead HR and payroll operations across the center. You will guide talent acquisition, on-boarding, and talent management while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, maintaining payroll compliance with federal and state laws, directing performance management, benefits communication, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR and payroll leadership with center-wide talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Proven ability to develop talent management and onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for center staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee records and payroll data.
• Ensures compliance with payroll policies and federal/state laws.
• Directs performance evaluations and retention strategies.
• Manages benefits communications and self-service resources.
• Investigates disputes and supports ADA and related processes.
• Maintains personnel files and documentation.
