Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, especially in California.

Responsibilities

• Deliver talent strategy and operations aligned with the company mission.
• Oversee payroll and system administration, ensuring policy and labor law compliance.
• Partner with Leaders, HR, employees and vendors to drive data-driven decisions enhancing employee experience.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs in payroll and benefits.
