Qualifications

• Experience in store management or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train employees; supervise daily store operations.
• Manage store profits and controllable expenses including labor and inventory.
• Ensure safety, merchandising, pricing, and display standards.
• Prepare schedules and manage payroll/timecards; monitor attendance.
