You will act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is away and help drive results through hands-on leadership.

The role requires strong communication, retail or supervisory experience, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure an inviting, well-stocked store.
• Supervise and coach team members to meet performance goals.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Conduct performance discussions and support improvement plans.
