You will oversee scheduling, training, and supervision of staff while ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in low-volume Store Management; multi-unit Food and Beverage, Merchandise operations or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Minimum age requirements: 18+; ability to multitask and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to become strong team members of Blue Water, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support, encourage, and challenge all employees for growth and success within Blue Water.
• Resolve and/or escalate customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement and enforce daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively, priced correctly, and displayed safely.
