The Position
- The Interim Finance Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations throughout the facility.
- The Interim Finance Analyst will report to and assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with cost analyses, upcoming projects, and the optimization of financial performance throughout the facility.
- Seeking a strong finance leader who will be approachable, collaborative, and communicative both internally and externally as it pertains to collaboration with neighboring departments.
- Ideal candidates will bring knowledge pertaining to EPIC and Genesis systems.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- FQHC experience is required.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range is a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
