Qualifications

  • Master's degree in administration, counseling, psychology, social work, or related field is required.
  • Experience with federal programs is preferred.
  • Strong budgeting skills and financial stewardship.
  • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and schools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete district federal reports/applications and ensure timely submission.
  • Coordinate development and monitoring of budgets for Federal Programs.
  • Monitor budgets for Federal Programs and ensure fiscal compliance.
  • Prepare purchase order requests for federal program expenditures.
  • Coordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of supplies for federal programs.
  • Assist with filing federal program claims and compliance.
  • Provide technical assistance on federal requirements to district and schools.
  • Gather, analyze, and report data on federal programs as needed.
  • Participate in meetings to convey or gather information for functions.
  • Coordinate wraparound mental health services for students with challenges.
  • Provide technical support on mental health services, interventions, referrals, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with counseling agencies, caseworkers, probation officers, and community services.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to coordinate services.
  • Coordinate, support, and oversee district mental health programs.
  • Coordinate prevention activities with district and community teams.
  • Coordinate mental health awareness activities with partners and schools.
  • Identify gaps in mental health services and report findings.
  • Report to school board and district administrators periodically.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
