The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services seeks a Senior Prevention Programs Manager to lead statewide prevention initiatives from the Central Office in Oklahoma City. You will oversee fiscal and programmatic activities and ensure alignment with MTSS and higher education-based prevention services.

Under general supervision of the Director of Prevention Services for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), the incumbent will be responsible for the fiscal and programmatic oversight, and develop, plan, organize, facilitate, direct, and oversee all activities needed to build the capacity for School-Based statewide prevention services, Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) for schools; Higher Education Based Prevention Services, and Faith-based Prevention Services, among others. This position will also ensure compliance with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health Services and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) standards and best practice requirements in managing and delivering care in programs. **Job Type:*** Job Type: Full-time, one vacancy* Application Period: 10/07/26-10/15/26* Salary: $76,600.00* FLSA Status: *Exempt** Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5**Preferred Qualifications:*** Master's degree in public health, social work, psychology, or a related field and five years of program management experience or any related experience to include two years of supervisory experience and one-year budget oversight experience* OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
