Job summary

AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith is seeking an Interim Emergency Room Manager for a Georgia facility.

You will provide operational leadership for the Emergency Department and oversee roughly 40 FTEs, driving initiatives in team engagement, efficiency, patient experience, and LWBS reduction. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and an active GA or compact RN license, are highly organized with excellent communication, and can start within 2–3 weeks.
