Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- 1+ years of ER leadership/supervisory experience is required.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state or holds an active compact license as required by law.
- BLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily function and staffing of the ER unit/department.
- Ensure nursing care meets established policies and quality outcomes.
- Monitor and support clinical performance and accountability for care delivery.
