• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational oversight for assigned departments, including financial performance and staffing.
• Foster patient- and family-centered care across the continuum while improving quality and outcomes.
• Develop the next generation of nursing leaders through mentorship and education.
• May provide direct clinical support to ensure exceptional care for patients.
