Job summary

Apploi is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to provide decisive leadership and stability during a transition period. The role will oversee all clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the nursing staff to maintain excellent resident outcomes.

Ideal candidates will hold an RN license in PA with 3–5 years of leadership in long-term care, and have prior DON or ADON experience. The position is on-site in Cranford, NJ, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA is required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Prior DON or ADON experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality assurance.
• Ability to lead teams, implement improvements, and manage clinical challenges.

Position Summary
