Ideal candidates bring RN licensure in PA, 3–5 years in leadership within long-term care, and prior DON/ADON experience.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership and stability during a transition period.

Position Summary

The Interim DON will oversee all clinical operations within the facility, ensure regulatory compliance, support nursing staff, and maintain excellent resident outcomes. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can quickly step in, assess needs, and guide the team with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
