The DON will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care, document thoroughly, and maintain survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience as DON or ADON in long-term care required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices.
