Job summary

Epic Healthcare in Pennsylvania is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a full-time leadership role at our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee clinical operations, lead the nursing team, and ensure residents receive the highest level of care.

The DON will develop care plans with staff, physicians, and families; mentor nurses; monitor quality and drive improvements; and coordinate staffing and training to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
