Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation is seeking an Interim Director of Cardiopulmonary Services in Massachusetts. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites for Respiratory Care and Cardiology Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong managerial background in acute and critical care, with specific expertise in Pulmonary Function Testing and proper state licensure. The position includes covered expenses while on assignment including housing and travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Respiratory Care required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in acute care and critical care.
• Current MA State Respiratory License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Respiratory Care and Cardiology Services.
• Oversee departmental operations, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure high-quality patient care delivery across multiple sites.
