Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing for a temporary leadership assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Bowling Green, Ohio. This hands‑on clinical leader role requires immediate availability and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.

You will lead daily nursing operations, implement clinical standards, coach staff, and foster teamwork. Compensation includes $55–$60 per hour, paid weekly with a travel package for candidates living beyond 60

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multistate license authorizing practice in Ohio.
• 3–5 years of Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a willingness to teach and learn.
• Immediate availability for an interim assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations and support quality clinical outcomes.
